Inspection Type:

Visual inspection of roofs, guttering and external building areas only.

What's Checked:
Visible roof damage, missing or broken tiles, gutter condition, external wear and obvious defects.

Equipment used:
DJI Air 3S or DJI Mini 4 Pro selected based on the environment and proximity to buildings.

Media:

Edited aerial video and high-resolution photos, supplied digitally and ready for use in reporting documents

Why Use a Drone?:

No scaffolding or access equipment, safer alternative to working at height, cost effective, minimal disruption to occupants or operations.

Safety & Compliance:

All flights are planned and conducted in line with UK CAA regulations and covered with full public liability and commercial insurance. Fully registered with the CAA and full A2 CofC qualification.
